Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements: Open to residents of Wyoming, Ohio, Missouri and other states where permitted. Only individuals who are 18 years or older and legal U.S. citizens may enter. The purchase of raffle tickets does not constitute a charitable donation and, therefore, any purchase is not deductible as a charitable contribution. Odds of winning = One (1) divided by total number of valid entries received during the Christmas in July Raffle entry period for each drawing in the Christmas in July Raffle. Tickets will be available until June 30, 2025 at midnight mountain time. Winners will be announced on or about July 11, 2025, or ten business days after tickets are sold out. All prizes will be awarded. In the case a prize is declined, a backup winner will be drawn. Every ticket is included in every drawing and is eligible to win more than once. Employees of the WYldlife Fund, the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation, the Foundation for Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks the Sportsmen’s Alliance Foundation, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible to participate.
This offer is void where prohibited by law, and all federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. In the event a prize is forfeited or unclaimed a new winner will be drawn. Minimum age for participation is 18 years of age. If a winner is not old enough (21 years of age) to possess a handgun, Sportsmen’s Alliance Foundation shall issue a gift card or check in the amount of our cost in the handgun. If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations, the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. Prize winners will be notified by phone, email and, as needed, physical mail. The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity, and any required tax and/or identification documents within 15 business days of notification by email or physical mail as needed. If the winner fails to return the required documents within this period the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The purchase of tickets constitutes consent for the use of the name and image of the winner by the sponsors. There will be no refunds for tickets purchased. By participating in this raffle, you agree that any claim may be resolved by the sponsors in the form of liquidated damages limited to no more than the cost of the ticket or tickets purchased by the complainant.
