2023-24 — DOUBLE 52 Gun Giveaway Rules

Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements: Void where prohibited by law. Only individuals may enter. Employees of the Sportsmen’s Alliance Foundation, their immediate families, and members of their household are not eligible to participate. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Guns awarded as prizes will be distributed through licensed dealers and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize due to age, the prize will become a gift card to Fin Feather and Fur in an amount equal to our cost in the prize. If a winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no prize substitution. FFL transfer fees made by the winner’s designated licensed dealer are the responsibility of the winner. Winners will be notified by mail.

Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability/publicity within 15 days of notification by mail. If a winner fails to return the affidavit and release within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. Entry constitutes consent for the use of the name of the winner. Raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. A number can win more than once.

Drawings and Winners: Two individuals will win a gun each Monday beginning June 5, 2023 through May 27, 2024. Winning numbers will be determined by the Ohio Lottery Pick Three game number (straight bet) chosen at 7:29 p.m. each Monday evening. Numbers will be assigned at random, 000A – 999A and 000B-999B. EXAMPLE: If the Pick 3 number is 123, then 123A and 123B would be that week’s winners. Tickets will be available from January 25, 2023 through the conclusion of the raffle or until 2,000 tickets are sold. All prizes will be awarded. In the event prizes are not awarded or go unclaimed, Sportsmen’s Alliance will hold a raffle of all contest participants to award the remaining items at the conclusion of the raffle.

Ticket Number Distribution: Ticket numbers will be randomly assigned in the order ticket requests arrive. Ticket numbers will be emailed.
