Gun control extremists are using every possible avenue to expand their political agenda of disarm law-abiding sportsmen and gun owners across the nation. Last week, the Arizona legislature took an important step to stop one of those gun control tactics in the Grand Canyon State.
Senate Bill 1096 prohibits a public entity from entering into a contract of $100,000 or more with businesses unless the contract includes a written certification that the business does not, and will not, discriminate against a firearm entity or firearm trade association.
SB 1096 is now headed to Gov. Katie Hobbs for her consideration. Please use our Take Action button to email the governor and ask her to protect the firearm industry by signing SB 1096 into law.
