Last week, the House took a step forward for Delaware sportsmen by overwhelming passing House Bill 271 by a vote of 37 to 0. SB 271 allows the hunting of game birds on Sunday. HB 271 is now waiting for committee assignment in the Senate.
This important bill expands hunting opportunities to sportsmen and youths who have been busy during the traditional work and school week and the opportunity to enjoy one more day of Delaware’s exceptional outdoor resources.
