House Bill 17 repeals the mandatory three-day waiting period for all firearm purchases from a federally licensed firearms (FFL) dealer.
House Bill 1223 repeals the minimum age requirement for purchasing or acquiring a firearm from a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) from 21 to 18.
