Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 8, at 10 a.m., at the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s (DEP) Central Region Office, located at One Eldridge Road in Robbinsville, the Fish & Game Council is meeting to discuss and vote on important sportsmen-related issues.
If you are unable to attend in-person, you use the button below for instruction on how to join the meeting by phone or virtually.
The council will be receiving reports on freshwater fisheries, land management, law enforcement, wildlife management, along with the 2025 pheasant stocking schedule.
The council consists of 11 citizens who are charged with adopting Fish and Game Code for the purpose of providing a system for the protection and conservation of fish and game, and which consults with and advises the director of the Division of Fish and Wildlife with respect to the work of the division.
They must hear from us, the sportsmen, if we want to protect our lifestyle and heritage. If we don’t, you can guarantee that the animal extremists will fill the void. They are already cratering our hunting, fishing, and trapping traditions from the inside out in other states. We cannot let that happen in the Garden State.
Share this alert with your family and friends and encourage them to attend this and future council meetings in-person or virtual. Urge them to join you and the Sportsmen’s Alliance in standing up to fight, protect, and defend against the relentless attacks from animal extremists. The extremists are working tirelessly to crater our rights, values and heritage and we must work harder to ensure they are secure today, tomorrow, and for the future.
The Sportsmen’s Alliance guarantees hunting, fishing and trapping for the American sportsman now and forever. We’re there when sportsmen need us most. We are the only organization specifically created to protect the individual hunter, angler and trapper – no matter the threat. We will never compromise when it comes to defending our way of life in the courts, in the legislatures, in the public square and at the ballot box. We make this promise to the American sportsman: we will never give up and never give in while proudly securing our future against those seeking to destroy our values, beliefs, and traditions.
