Last week, the House Committee for Judiciary & Hawaiian Affairs passed Senate Bill 2845, the bill to prohibit a person under the age of twenty-one from purchasing, possessing, or controlling ammunition, with limited exemptions. SB 2845 now moves to the House floor for consideration.
Please use our Take Action button to email your state Representative urging him/her to vote “No” on SB 2845. Criminals, by definition, do not follow the law. SB 2875 only adds to the long list of firearm laws that criminals are not following and only affects the law-abiding.
