Yesterday, March 29, the Senate passed House Bill 295 to protect Idaho’s sportsmen by prohibiting credit card companies from assigning unique merchant card codes to firearms retailers that sell weapons and ammunition. HB 295 will now head to Gov. Brad Little for his consideration. Please use our take action button to email Gov. Little and ask him to sign HB 295 into law.
