The rest of the nation joins you in celebrating the conservation feats and milestones that hunters and anglers have accomplished for all Americans on September 22 as National Hunting and Fishing Day arrives.
The obvious best way to reap the rewards would be to go hunting or fishing, or both, on that day—and take someone with you. There will also be celebrations around the nation. Sportsmen’s clubs will also be hosting cookouts, open ranges, and other events. Find the details at: www.nhfday.org.
Some events will also be celebrations of 75 years for the Pittman-Robertson Act. And this year’s honorary chairman for this national celebration is NASCAR driver Tony Stewart.
Celebrate!
