Yesterday, Thursday, July 25th, the attack on the sportsmen of the Bay State continued with Governor Maura Healey signing H. 4885, “An Act Modernizing Firearm Laws.”
This law will implement mandatory registration of ALL firearms, mandatory training requirements, the redefining of assault weapons to include several semi-automatic firearms used for hunting, magazine restrictions, and more. All of these additional burdens fall on the law-abiding, who once again will be forced to give up their freedoms for violent crimes committed by others.
