The Mercer County Leash Law Ordinance in West Virginia was back on the agenda for its first reading on Tuesday, March 12th. However, this time, it failed to receive a motion to proceed, which means the ordinance was defeated.

Thanks to your emails Commissioner Gene Buckner and Bill Archer decided that the language in this ordinance should not continue to move forward.
