On Monday, May 20, the 2024 Legislative session adjourned sine die. This means the legislative session is completed for the year.
This year, the legislative session was quiet for sportsmen. Only a handful of sportsmen-related bills were introduced, and only one pro-sportsmen-related bill made it to the governor’s desk, which he signed into law.

Even though the 2024 legislative session is over, the Government Affairs team will continue to monitor activities in the North Star State. You never know when sportsmen need to be aware of issues that may arise.
On our interactive map, you can view the bills we monitored during the legislative session. Don’t forget to share this alert and future alerts with your family and friends, as sportsmen throughout the state must continue to stay actively involved in defending our hunting, fishing, and trapping heritage for present and future generations to enjoy.
