Late yesterday afternoon, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives passed Senate Bill 431 by an overwhelming vote of 174 to 24. SB 431 makes an important update to the antlerless deer-licensing process by authorizing sales through Pennsylvania’s automated licensing services. A long-overdue simplification.
