As previously reported, South Dakota legislators are not playing around. Senate Bill 39 to ensure the protection of sportsmen from Homeowners’ Association (HOA) restrictions passed the House Commerce and Energy Committee yesterday, January 22 by a vote of 11 to 1.
This important bill prohibits a homeowners’ association from placing restrictions on firearms or firearm ammunition can now be heard by the full House at any time.
Please use our Take Action button below to email your state Representative asking him/her to SUPPORT SB 39 to ensure sportsmen are protected from HOA regulations.
