Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 or older at time of entry and who meet the eligibility requirements for firearm ownership set forth in these rules. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry: During the entry period you may respond to the Sweepstakes via the registration page located on the sponsor’s website at https://sportsmensalliance.org/save-the-hunt/ and follow the instructions to electronically complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form. You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address, and email. (NOTE: you must complete all required fields of the entry form with information that is valid on the date of the drawing to be eligible.) One entry per person, regardless of manner of entry. No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry or provides false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited. All entries received by USSA (Sponsor) by 11:59.59 pm EST on 5/31/2025 will be entered into a drawing to win a Winchester XPR chambered in .308, Leupold VX-5HD 3-15X44 scope, BOG Great Divide Tripod & Death Grip, $250 gift card to Winchester Gear Store, Avian X HDR Strutter Tom Turkey Decoy, $100 Membership Level to Sportsmen’s Alliance, two Winchester Deadly Passion sweatshirts, Muddy Field Master knife set, Wildlife Research Center Golden Rope, Wildlife Research Center Magnum Scrape Dipper, Hoist IV-Level Hydration 12 pack, RealTree EZ Hanger. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage due mail. No mechanically reproduced entries. Limit: One entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Odds of winning = One (1) divided by total number of valid entries received during the sweepstakes entry period. Total Fair Market Value (FMV) of prizes is approximately $3,210. A random drawing will be conducted on or about 6/1/2025. The first entry drawn at random from among the eligible entries will be the winner of all prizes listed.
Winners will be notified and prizes awarded within approximately 30 days after the random drawing and will be required to provide an affidavit of eligibility. Any prize returned as undeliverable will result in awarding to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Entry acknowledges consent to receive Sportsmen’s Weekly, state alerts and other promotional materials. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Prizes are not transferable and taxes on prizes, if any, are winners’ responsibility. Each winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other companies concerned with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty or representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspects of the prize, provided, however, prize will be subject to its manufacturer’s standard warranty, if applicable. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FIREARMS. Any gun prize winner must conform to all local, state, and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of firearms with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealers as required by state and federal law. Firearms can only be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state of residence. USSA will mail to you, or email if you provide your email address, a form to fill out with your choice of FFL dealer and shipping address. USSA must receive this form back from you before we can ship your firearm. Upon receipt of form with your choice of FFL dealer and shipping address, USSA will coordinate shipment of your firearm to the FFL dealer. Please allow 30 days from USSA receipt of all materials for your firearm to be delivered to the FFL dealer. Firearm can only be shipped to the attention of the prize winner. Shipping and handling fees to your FFL dealer are covered by USSA. At the FFL dealer, NICS background check paperwork can only be filled out by the prize winner. To take possession of your firearm from the FFL dealer, you must complete any necessary paperwork and/or a NICS background check. Must be 18 years or older, in accordance with state laws for firearm ownership, and able to legally possess a firearm. If you are unable or unwilling to meet Federal and State requirements for firearm ownership, you will forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
For winner information, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to Winners List, 801 Kingsmill Parkway, Columbus OH 43229 and indicate the name of the Sweepstakes. Requests for the winner list must be received on or before 180 days after drawing ending date.
