Sean Stone
Vice President Development
Sean has more than two decades of development and major donor experience in the non-profit, conservation and hunting world. After college, Sean worked for several years in the corporate sector and spent his down time hunting, fishing, and volunteering his time with a conservation non-profit. That volunteer position soon turned into a calling when he decided to combine his passion for the outdoors with a career. Since then, he has dedicated his professional life to preserving the future of hunting and fishing for generations to come. He has raised millions of dollars from private donors, foundations, corporate entities and state governments to support that goal.
Sean and his family enjoy watching college sports, especially baseball. During hunting season, you will often find Sean in the fields or marshes, and year-round, in the middle of a lake or river with a fly-fishing rod in his hand.
Sean and his wife have two adult sons and one son in high school. They live in Houston, Texas with their rescue Lab/Golden mix named Aggie.
