Bill to Repeal Sunday Hunting Ban with the Governor
Earlier this week, HB 1431, the bill to remove the Sunday hunting prohibition in the Keystone State was concurred on by the House by a vote of 142 to 61. This important bill has been sent to Governor Josh Shapiro for his consideration.

HB 1431 completely removes the prohibition of hunting and furtaking on Sundays in the state.
