Last Thursday, May 30, the New Hampshire House of Representatives concurred on HB1186 – FN, the important “Firearm’s Purchaser’s Privacy Act,” by a vote of 190 to 179.
HB1186 prohibits the assigning of a specific merchant code to a firearms retailer located in this state engaged in the lawful sale of firearms, ammunition for use in firearms, or firearms accessories and provides a mechanism for enforcement of this prohibition.
Please use our Take Action button to email Governor Chris Sununu asking him to sign HB1186 into law.
