Flawed Gun Restriction Bill on the Assembly Floor Monday

On Monday, November 21, the notorious Democratic “public safety” bill A4769 is scheduled to be heard on the floor.

Not surprisingly, the bill sponsor has still not taken law-abiding sportsmen into consideration in this newly amended version.

A4769 came about after the Supreme Court’s decision on Bruen v. New York. New Jersey’s anti-gun majority decided they wanted to follow in the footsteps of their anti-gun democratic friends in New York. They came up with A4769, making New Jersey’s firearm laws even more restrictive, confusing, and ripe for a lawsuit.

Please continue to email your Assemblymember urging him/her to support sportsmen and women and oppose A4769 on Monday.

Do not forget to mention A4769 to your family, friends, and fellow sportsmen and women. Every gun owner in the Garden State needs to make his/her voice heard loud and clear in their opposition to A4769 passing in any form.
