Idaho Fish and Game Commission Adopts New Technology Rules
The Idaho Fish and Game Commission unanimously adopted four technology-related rules at the November 20, 2025, commission meeting. These rules will now head to the legislature for a vote during the upcoming session, which convenes Monday, January 12.
The Importance of Commission Meetings
Important decisions, like these four rule changes, are made at the Fish and Game Commission meetings. This is why it is important for sportsmen to attend these meetings. Our vital resources are entrusted to the commission’s care, and if we remain silent, others will shape the outcome. We cannot allow that to happen in the Rushmore State. Our voices matter – let’s make sure they’re heard.
Keep an eye on your email for updates as these proposed rules move through the legislative process.
Join the Fight to Protect Our Heritage
There has never been a more crucial time in sportsmen’s history than now to be involved and engaged in protecting our way of life. Share this email with your family and friends. Urge them to join the fight with you and the Sportsmen’s Alliance. The extremists work tirelessly to erode our rights, values, and heritage, and we must work harder to ensure they are secure today and for the future.
The Sportsmen’s Alliance guarantees hunting, fishing and trapping for the American sportsman now and forever. We’re there when sportsmen need us most. We are the only organization specifically created to protect the individual hunter, angler and trapper – no matter the threat. We will never compromise when it comes to defending our way of life in the courts, in the legislatures, in the public square and at the ballot box. We make this promise to the American sportsman: we will never give up and never give in while proudly securing our future against those seeking to destroy our values, beliefs, and traditions.
