On Tuesday, May 16, the Senate passed House Bill 61, a bill to protect hunting and firearms during a declared state of emergency. On Wednesday, May 17, the House concurred, sending HB 61 to Governor Mike Dunleavy for his consideration. Please use our Take Action button to email the Governor urging him to sign HB 61 into law.
As we previously reported, HB 61 will put in place important safeguards to protect sportsmen and gun owners during declared emergencies.
