Yesterday, HB1186-FN, the important credit card privacy bill, passed the New Hampshire Senate by a vote of 14 to 10 with a minor amendment. This amendment sends the bill back to the House for concurrence.
HB1186 – FN prohibits the assigning of a specific merchant code to a person or entity physically located in this state engaged in the lawful sale of firearms, ammunition for use in firearms, or firearms accessories and provides a mechanism for enforcement of this prohibition.
