New Hampshire HB1186-FN, the important credit card privacy bill, is scheduled to be on the Senate floor on Thursday, May 2.
As previously reported, HB1186 – FN prohibits the assigning of a specific merchant code to the sale of firearms, ammunition, or firearm accessories. The bill further provides a mechanism for enforcement of this prohibition.
This important vote will bring the Granite State one step closer to joining more than a dozen states that have already signed this important legislation into law protecting the credit card purchase privacy of their sportsmen and gun owners.
Please use our Take Action button to ask your state Senator to support the sportsmen community and vote “Yes” on HB1186-FN.

With credit card companies working to comply with California’s credit card tracking law and Colorado having a bill at the Governor’s desk, it is more important now than ever for New Hampshire to protect its sportsmen and gun owners.
Don’t forget to share this alert with your family, friends, and fellow sportsmen. Encourage them to Take Action and contact their state Senator urging him/her to vote “Yes” on HB1186-FN.
