The Sportsmen’s Alliance continues to take no position on Minnesota House File 4304 after a case of mistaken identity at a recent Becker County Board of Commissioners Meeting. At that meeting, a speaker stated that a “sportsman’s alliance” would be testifying at the next committee meeting in support of the bill – this is not our national organization, the Sportsmen’s Alliance.
Many state-based organizations have derivatives of sportsman’s and sportsmen’s alliance in their name that are often confused with our national office. While we are aware of HF 4304, we continue to maintain no position on the legislation while focusing on the many animal-rights and anti-hunting bills in states that are still in session.

Sportsmen’s Alliance Foundation is responsible for public education, legal defense and research. Its mission is accomplished through several distinct programs coordinated to provide the most complete defense capability possible.
